Boulder Police Search For Man Who Robbed Spa

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – Boulder police are searching for a suspect who committed an armed robbery at a spa.

Police released a sketch of the man who held up the Massage Specialists at Broadway and Arapahoe Avenue Thursday afternoon.

"An employee of the business told police that she greeted a Hispanic male who walked into the lobby, looked around for a few minutes and then made a cellphone call," police said in a statement. "When the employee began working at her desk, the suspect confronted her with a handgun and demanded that she give him cash."

Nobody was injured.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9, 250 pounds and bald with some facial hair under his lower lip.
