Tom Martino's Domestic Violence Trial Delayed Again

DENVER (CBS4) – There has been another delay in former TV personality Tom Martino's trial related to domestic violence charges.

Martino waived his right to a speedy trial Wednesday morning after his attorney said he had additional information he needed to review from 911 calls.

Martino is charged with disturbing the peace after police arrested him after he allegedly got into an argument with his wife.

The date for Martino's next court has been set for April 16.
