2 Arrested In Connection With Murder Of Elderly Man In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators in Lakewood have arrested two men in connection with a homicide over the weekend.
Investigators found a man dead in a home in the 1500 block of Depew Street Saturday morning.
"As the investigation progressed, detectives felt strongly the elderly male victim died as the result of a homicide," Steve Davis with Lakewood police said in a statement. "Further investigation led detectives to believe two male individuals were involved in the victim's death."
Police took James A. Dominguez-Castor, 22, and Stephvon Atencio, 20, into custody. They face charges of first-degree murder.
The name of the victim has not been released.
