Infant Death Reported At Salvation Army Homeless Shelter

DENVER (CBS4) - An infant has died at a homeless shelter in Denver.

The 4-month-old's death was reported Monday after 9 p.m. at the Lambuth Family Shelter. The shelter is run by the Salvation Army and is located in the 2700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

The shelter has been operating for 10 years. The Salvation Army has confirmed the death of the infant whose family resided at the shelter.

The cause of the child's death is under investigation.
