Denver Police Release Sketch Of Suspect In Deadly Beating

DENVER, Colo. (CBS) - Denver police have released a sketch of a suspect in a deadly beating that happened on April 27.

The suspect attended the Kottonmouth Kings concert at Summit Music Hall located at 1902 Blake Street. At approximately 8:32 p.m. he became involved in a fight resulting with the victim, identified as Daniel Lovato, being transported to Denver Health Medical Center with serious injuries. He did from his injuries on May 1.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 30 years old, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, stocky build, short hair, unknown tattoos on both arms, wearing a black shirt with red cursive writing, and a black hat with a brown bill.

The suspect was escorted out of the building before leaving on foot in an unknown direction.

Detectives would like to identify and interview the suspect.
