Broomfield Police Search For Subway Sandwich Shop Robber
BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Broomfield would like the public's help identifying a robbery suspect.
According to police, Monday at approximately 7:30 p.m. a man entered the Subway restaurant located at 555 Highway 287 and requested change for $50.
"The clerk opened the register and the suspect then displayed a black handgun, demanding money from the clerk," police said in a statement. "The clerk refused to hand over any money. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction."
The suspect is described as a white man wearing a dark blue ball cap and dark blue jacket.
