Time To Heal

Tomorrow, Saturday morning, I will be taking part in what will hopefully be a day of healing for many in our community.

Tomorrow is the 15th Annual International Survivors of Suicide Day.

From 9:00 in the morning until 12:30, at Jubilee Fellowship Church in Littleton, people impacted by suicide can come together to grieve, grow, share their pain and their memories of their loved one who has passed.

There will be speakers, break out group sessions and a candlelight ceremony.

It's a way - "a tool" - to get connected with people that know what you are going through if you've been impacted by suicide.

I'm attaching a video given to me by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for you to watch if you're inteterested.

If we lose one person we love to suicide, that's one death too many.
