DENVER (CBS4) - When the Jacksonville Jaguars come to town on Sunday there will be several storylines to follow, but one one of the most interesting may be the sports betting angle.

After a win in Dallas on Sunday that almost looked like the final score of an NBA game, the Broncos continue to seemingly score at will in this so-far undefeated season.

Just how many points are Peyton Manning and the Broncos expected to beat the winless Jaguars by? The oddsmakers in Las Vegas have put a -28 spread on the game.

That gambling line posted on Sunday is the largest point spread in the history of the NFL. The previous record was set in December 1986 when Pittsburgh was -27 against Tampa Bay.

The Broncos are averaging 46 points per game this season and have now won 16 regular season games in a row. When they scored 51 points on Sunday against the Cowboys they equaled the total number of points the Jaguars have scored in their five regular season losses.

As far as the other storylines, it remains to be seen if cornerback Champ Bailey will return to the field Sunday for his first action this season. The Broncos veteran has been kept out of action so far this season with a foot injury he sustained in the preseason.

His playing status becomes more important with the potential that Chris Harris, who has been filling in for Bailey, might not be able to play after sustaining a concussion.

The game also marks the first time Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio will be facing the team he was head coach of for nine years.
