Broncos Tight End Thomas Was Arrested Last Week On Failure To Appear Charge
DENVER (CBS4) - Legal problems have emerged for another big-name Denver Broncos player.
Officials in Arapahoe County confirmed to CBS4 on Thursday morning that Julius Thomas didn't appear in court for a misdemeanor charge of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle in January.
Thomas was arrested last week and bonded out.
Thomas is now scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 12.
So far there's no word from the Broncos organization about Thomas' status for Thursday night's season opening game against the Ravens. Thomas won the starting tight end job in the preseason.
