Man Sentenced For Providing Teens Alcohol Before Fatal Crash
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - A man in Wheat Ridge who gave alcohol to a teenager who then died in a car crash will spend two months in jail.
Julius Suarez, 26, was also sentenced to 5 years probation and community service. He bought alcohol for a party that several teens attended in 2011.
Eighteen-year-old Tyler Lovell left the party with three other teens. He and one of the passengers died in the crash a short time later.
Suarez was found guilty of providing alcohol to a minor.
