3 Accused In LoDo Assault Formally Charged

DENVER (CBS4) - Three people accused of assaulting a man in LoDo in May have been formally charged.

Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office said two women and a man assaulted a 30-year-old man on May 11 near 14th and Market Streets.

According to Kimbrough, Terrell Moore, 27, has been charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury. He is accused in the initial assault on the victim.

Lindsye Newton, 25, and Bryanna Warren, 25, both have been charged with one count of third-degree assault on an at-risk adult "for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground."

All three suspects have been released from custody on bond. They are scheduled to appear in court for their formal advisement later this month.
