Littleton Officer Accused In Drug Case Out On Bond

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - A Littleton police officer accused of drug crimes is now out of jail and forced to wear a monitoring device.

Jeffrey Johnston was released on a $100,000 bond. He's been ordered to remain on home detention.

In court records investigators say Johnston made a call hoping to buy as many as 50 ecstasy pills. They also say they found cocaine, steroids and prescription pills when they searched his home.
