Woman Charged In Deadly Pedestrian Crash
DENVER (CBS4)- A woman has been formally charged in a deadly pedestrian crash while she was allegedly driving drunk.
Candice Porch has been charged with vehicular homicide, DUI and driving under restraint.
The charges allege that Porch struck and killed Rigoberto Landeros-Dorado, 57, as he tried to cross the street. It happened about 2:15 a.m. May 24 near the intersection of Havana and Exposition.
Porch, 27, has been released from custody on a $50,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on August 7 to be formally advised of the charges.
