Man Shot During Colorado Springs Carjacking
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Colorado Springs police are trying to find the person who shot a man in the leg during an attempted carjacking early Friday.
The victim told police he was sitting in his vehicle just after midnight when two people approached him and ordered him at gunpoint to get out. Police say one of the suspects then fired at the victim's leg three times, hitting him twice.
The suspects fled and the unidentified victim is expected to recover.
