Boulder Passes 1-Year Moratorium On Oil & Gas Drilling

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - There will be no fracking in Boulder for the next year.

The city council has passed a one-year moratorium on oil and gas drilling within the city or on open space lands.

Some council members are also considering asking voters whether they want to make the ban permanent.
