Arvada Crash Claims Life Of 3rd Person
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - A third person has died after a crash that killed a woman over the Memorial Day Weekend.
Two passengers were killed when the car they were riding in struck an abandoned truck on Interstate 70.
The driver of that car, William Wheeler, was removed from life support overnight Monday.
Police said Wheeler, 40, was exiting Wadsworth Boulevard onto I-70 when he hit a truck sitting in the median.
Traffic was backed up for several hours on Wadsworth and I-70 On May 25 as police investigated the crash.
