SWAT Officer Shoots, Injures Person While Executing Search Warrant
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - A member of an Adams County SWAT team shot and injured someone Friday morning while executing a search warrant.
The incident happened at approximately 7:30 a.m. on the 8500 block of Corona Street.
The person who was shot was taken tothe hospital afterwards.
So far it's not clear why the search was taking place.
Investigators were still at the scene of the shooting several hours after it took place.
