BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- A man has been convicted of first-degree murder for the killing of a woman at a motel last summer.

Michael Earl Smith was convicted on Friday of first-degree murder and sexual assault in the death of Krista Ann Boma at the Valli-Hi Motel at 7320 Pecos St. in Adams County.
