Mega Hotel And Conference Center Back On Track For Aurora
AURORA, Colo. (Denver Business Journal)- The long-delayed mega hotel and conference center in Aurora is back on track for development.
Rida Development Corp. a Houston-based firm that specializes in convention-center projects, will partner with Area Property Partners to build the 1,500-room, $800 million facility that will be branded as the fifth Gaylord hotel in the United States.
Aurora's mayor told the Denver Business Journal he never lost hope someone would build the facility.
