Man Shot In SUV In Denny's Parking Lot Identified

DENVER (CBS4)- The man who was shot and killed inside his SUV parked in a Denny's parking lot has been identified.

Antonio James Hill was discovered dead in his vehicle in the Denny's parking lot at 1605 Federal Blvd. on Sunday.

Hill, 41, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.

Taylor Bandy, 19, has been arrested for the shooting. His photo hasn't been released.

According to police, officers responded to a call about a vehicle with a bullet hole in the parking lot of the Denny's located at 1605 Federal Boulevard just after 6:30 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived they found a white GMC Yukon with a bullet hole in the driver's side and the man dead in the driver's seat.

Lt. Matt Murray with Denver police said Saturday night Denny's employees saw a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. It was there overnight. Employees decided to call police the next morning. Denny's was open all night.
