EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) – An emergency alert will go out to hundreds of people near Evergreen Friday telling them to evacuate their homes — but it’s just a drill.
The neighborhoods include Genesee Foundation, Genesee Village, Riva Chase and Chimney Creek.
The practice evacuation is preparation for emergency situations like a fast moving wildfire.
