Comedian, Sportswriter Sam Adams Is Now An Author
DENVER (CBS4) - Sam Adams is a bit of a local celebrity. The comedian wrote for the Rocky Mountain News as a sportwriter for years and recently has been making a living as a comedian.
Now Adams has come out with a book called "If You Don't Believe Me ... Lessons Learned From Listening To The Greats."
"It's just a compilation of short stories and interviews that I had over the years with really some of the greatest athletes and some of the most well-known entertainers that I've encountered. And some of the stories are serious. Some are a little bit humorous. Moreso because of how I got the interview, and not so much what they said."
Watch an interview about the book Adams did on the CBS4 Morning News in the video below:
The book will be unveiled in a release party at Comedy Works South on April 10. After that it will be available on Amazon and other places.
