Memorial Service For Slain Pizza Delivery Driver

LAFAYETTE, Colo. (AP) — A married father of three who was killed while working as a pizza delivery driver is being remembered at a memorial service in Lafayette.

The service for 27-year-old Nathan Leon, of Commerce City, is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Leon was reported missing after going out to make a pizza delivery March 17. Police later found his body with gunshot wounds in Golden.

Denver police say they're confident the suspect in Leon's death is the same man who was killed in a shootout with Texas authorities last week. El Paso County sheriff's officials say the gun that suspect Evan Ebel used in Texas was the same weapon used in the death of Colorado Department of Corrections director Tom Clements on March 19.
