Man Charged In Hit-Run That Injured 3 In Denver

DENVER (AP) — A 26-year-old man accused of seriously injuring three people in a hit-and-run crash in Denver has been formally charged.

Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has charged Larry Vo with three counts of vehicular assault and one count of leaving the scene of an accident. Vo is free on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 21.

He is accused of speeding through a parking lot following a fight outside a nightclub around 2 a.m. March 3. Four people, who weren't involved in the fight, were hit. Three of them were seriously injured.

Vo turned himself in to police a few days after the accident.
