Boulder Officer Accused Of Stalking Agrees To Plea Deal
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - A plea deal was agreed upon Monday in a stalking case involving a Boulder police officer.
Christian McCracken, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of felony stalking in exchange for prosecutors dropping attempted murder and menacing counts.
Police say McCracken stalked his ex-girlfriend and then plotted to kill her new boyfriend.
McCracken now faces up to three years in prison.
