CU Students Accused In Pot Brownie Case Have Arraignment Pushed Back

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Two Boulder students accused of taking pot-laced brownies to class had their arraignment pushed back.

Attorneys appeared for Thomas Cunningham and Mary Essa, saying their clients were out of town and unable to enter pleas in the case.

The two each face 18 counts after feeding the brownies to a professor and their classmates.

The pair are due back in court March 1.
