2 More Lawsuits Filed Against Cinemark Theaters
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- There have been two more lawsuits filed against the Cinemark theater chain.
The latest lawsuits are similar to the others that have been filed in connection to the July 20 shooting at the Century 16 Theater where a gunman opened fire in a crowded theater during a midnight showing of the final installment of the Batman series "The Dark Knight Rises," killing 12 and wounding 58 others.
Victims in the lawsuit accuse the theater of having poor security and claim that allowed the attack to be carried out.
There have been at least nine lawsuits filed against Cinemark.
