2 Loveland Teens Arrested In Robbery Investigation

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Loveland arrested two teenagers suspected of robbing several other juveniles at North Lake Park.

The juveniles told police that Kiono Nelson and Edward Cochran approached them on Thursday and demanded they hand over their skateboard.

When they refused to give the skateboard to them, the juveniles told police Nelson, 18, threatened to damage their vehicle with a rock and threatened them with a knife.

They told police that Cochran, 19, threatened them by making statement about getting a gun to settle the matter.

Detectives caught up with Nelson and Cochran in the 4000 block of Balsa Court in Loveland a few hours later and arrested them for aggravated robbery and felony menacing.

Detectives learned through their investigation there was never a gun present during the robbery.

Both the teens were booked at the Loveland Police Department and are each being held in the Larimer County Jail on $15,000 bond.
