Denver McDonald's Franchise Owner Cited For Child Labor Violations
DENVER (CBS4) - Federal investigators say a Denver area McDonald's franchise owner failed to adequately pay workers and violated child labor laws.
Boselli Investments owns 16 McDonald's restaurants in the Denver metro area. It paid more than $58,000 in back wages to more than 1,200 workers.
The franchisee was also cited for violating child labor laws by having a 15-year-old work too late at night and making driving a part of job duties for 16-year-olds.
