'Dixie's Tupperware Party' Returns To Denver For Holiday Run

DENVER (CBS4) - A favorite Denver show has returned for a holiday run at the Garner Galleria Theater.

It's "Dixie's Tupperware Party" -- a real Tupperware party with an outrageous hostess.

"Dixie has become a Denver favorite at the Garner Galleria, and this holiday stop is a welcome return. Dixie's back -- along with piles of Tupperware, hilarious giveaways, and a lot of outrageously rude comedy," CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody said.

The tagline is "This ain't your grandmama's Tupperware party," and it's not. It's a rude, raucous, raunchy and absolutely hilarious show. It stars the top Tupperware sales lady in North America, Dixie Longate.

"This is a great group of people that love to do things, they love to be actors," Longate said. "Some places you go everybody sits around being all lazy, but people here, they love to get up and party and dance."

The show opened Thursday night at the Garner Galleria Theater in the Denver Center for Performing Arts. It runs through Dec. 30 and CBS4 has got a deal. Use the promo code "Moody" online, on the phone, or in person and get tickets for only $25 for every night except Fridays and Saturdays. Call (303) 893-4100 or visit DenverCenter.org/Moody.
