Police Arrest Suspect In Deadly Shooting Of Teen In Littleton
LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - Littleton police have arrested a suspect in a deadly shooting that happened last Friday.
The shooting that left a teenager dead and another hospitalized happened just after 11 p.m. in the 5400 block of South Fox Street near Broadway and Belleview.
The suspect has been identified as Dion Rankin, 20, from Englewood. He's facing charges of first-degree Homicide.
Police responded to a call of shots fired and found two males had been shot and lying in the street.
Da Von Flores, 18, died at the scene. A second victim was a 17-year-old male whose name won't be released because he is a juvenile. He was hospitalized and his condition is unknown.
Police said the shooting stemmed from an altercation that began at a neighboring house party.
