Hundreds Line Up To Visit 'Becoming Van Gogh'

DENVER (CBS4) - Hundreds of people lined up outside the Denver Art Museum to check out a one-of-a-kind exhibit.

"Becoming Van Gogh" opened on Sunday. The exhibit explores the career of Vincent Van Gogh.

The Denver Art Museum says Van Gogh's work has stood the test of time.

"Why Van Gogh? Because he teaches us so much about our core essence of feeling and emotion," curator Timothy Standring said.

The exhibit runs through Jan. 20. The museum says the show will likely sell out.
