Colorado SWAT Team Arrests 2 Michigan Prison Fugitives
BALDWIN, Mich. (AP) — The U.S. Marshals Service says two Michigan prison fugitives have been arrested in Colorado.
Thirty-two-year-old Kenneth Grauman and 23-year-old Gregory Bradshaw escaped Sept, 29. from the minimum security Lake County Residential Reentry Program in Baldwin.
The Marshals Service says the men repeatedly dodged police in Michigan and are suspected in "numerous home invasions and at least one stolen vehicle in Allegan County."
The service says tips led investigators to Canon City, Colo., where police and marshals spotted them.
The Marshals Service says a Pueblo, Colo., SWAT team arrested the men without incident Thursday afternoon. The men are jailed awaiting extradition to Michigan.
It says authorities also took into custody the men's companions, Laura Grauman and Brittany Rector.
