Still No Verdict In Penny Flats Arson Trial
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - Jurors in the trial of an Occupy sympathizer accused of arson in Fort Collins will have to continue their deliberations next week.
Benjamin Gilmore is accused of intentionally setting fire to a building under construction. The fire then traveled to the Penny Flats apartment complex, causing $10 million in damage.
Gilmore has been charged with arson, attempted murder, burglary and criminal mischief.
The jury has been deliberating since Tuesday.
