Broncos Bring Back RB Johnson To Practice Squad

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - The Denver Broncos signed running back Jeremiah Johnson and six other players to their practice squad Saturday after they failed to make the 53-man roster.

The Broncos brought back defensive tackle Ben Garland, safety Duke Ihenacho, tight end Cornelius Ingram, wide receiver Greg Orton, nose tackle Sealver Siliga and guard Wayne Tribue.

They still have one spot available on their practice squad.

Johnson made a strong push for the regular roster but was the odd man out after former first-round pick Knowshon Moreno made a strong comeback from knee surgery.
