EDWARDS, Colo. (CBS4) – An Edwards man has been arrested after allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover police officer and then running into a sewage treatment plant pond in an attempt to escape.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ruben Rivera-Ortiz, 24 on Thursday.
