Romney To Speak At High School In Grand Junction

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is headed to a Grand Junction high school with some presidential history for his latest campaign stop.

Romney is holding a town-hall-style campaign event at Central High School. Democratic President Barack Obama held a town hall at the same high school almost exactly three years ago, when he was selling his health care overhaul.

Romney aides say Tuesday's town hall is not aimed at discussing health care. Tickets are free, but attendees needed to get tickets online.

Obama's 2009 stop drew several hundred people and also a few hundred protesters who picketed against the health care proposal.

Romney was also in Aspen on Monday for a private fundraiser.
