Wave Of Foreclosures Could Hit Colorado

DENVER (CBS4)- A wave of foreclosures could be about to hit Colorado.

According to the Denver Post, real estate records show more homeowners have reached the point where they can foreclose.

That number has more than doubled in the first five months of the year.

If mortgage holders exercise their options, it could be the worst of the foreclosure crisis since it began in 2007.
