Cherry Creek Water Levels Return To Normal After Flushing Of Reservoir
DENVER (CBS4) - Cherry Creek should be back to normal levels Wednesday evening after the Army Corps of Engineers flushed the Cherry Creek Reservoir.
Denver Parks and Recreation posted signs along the trail from Confluence Park to Downing warning of high, fast water.
The corps opened the flood gates at the Cherry Creek Reservoir one after the other Wednesday morning to get rid of sediment.
