'Poker Run' Raises Money For Vets Suffering From Brain Injuries
DENVER (CBS4) - Saturday's wet weather didn't stop motorcyclists from hitting the streets to raise money for veterans suffering from traumatic brain injuries.
"There is about 450,000 deemed by the Department of Defense that are suffering from the signature wound," veteran Rick Baum said.
All the money raised at the "Poker Run" will benefit the Rocky Mountain Hyperbaric Association for brain injuries, which helps veterans of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam with treatment.
