GYPSUM, Colo. (CBS4)– The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office arrested a volunteer track coach at Eagle Valley High School, suspected of having a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old student.
Sheriff’s deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Omar Saucedo of Gypsum on Thursday. Saucedo, 20, is being charged with sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.READ MORE: U.S Study Of Novavax COVID Vaccine Continues With 2 More Shots For Volunteers

The student was a member of the school track and field team at the time of the alleged incident but is no longer on the team.
