Man Accused In Fort Collins Condo Arson Pleads Not Guilty

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The man accused of setting fire to a condominium complex in Fort Collins has pleaded not guilty.

Benjamin Gilmore faces seven felony counts, including attempted murder, arson, criminal mischief and burglary.

Police say forensic evidence ties Gilmore to the fire last October at Penny Flats.
