Man Formally Charged For Allegedly Raping & Robbing Woman In Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her home and then robbing her has been formally charged.
Lynn Kimbrough with the Denver District Attorney's Office said Derrik Holmes, 30, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of kidnapping, and aggravated robbery.
"The charges allege that in the early morning hours of April 15 Holmes crawled through a bedroom window in the victim's home, sexually assaulted her, then made her drive to an ATM and robbed her of the money he forced her to withdraw," Kimbrough said in a statement.
Holmes remains in custody. His bond is set at $250,000. He's due in court on Friday.
