Roseanne DeWild Avoids Murder Charge, But Not Off The Hook
DENVER (CBS4) - A woman accused of helping her husband cover up a murder will not face murder charges, but she's not off the hook.
Instead Roseanne DeWild will stand trial on charges of accessory to murder and conspiracy.
Prosecutors say she helped her husband and his brother cover up the murder of Heather DeWild in 2003.
Daniel DeWild, Heather DeWild's estranged husband, and his brother, David, face first-degree murder charges.
