Colorado Parks Commission Considers Vehicle Rules
DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission is considering extending a pilot program to encourage compliance with the state's off-highway vehicle regulations.
More than 160,000 vehicles were registered or permitted last year.
The program being reviewed Thursday was created in 2011 in response to concerns over trail conditions.
