DENVER (CBS4)– EDGE restaurant in the Four Seasons is not your typical steakhouse.

The downtown Denver restaurant’s chef said Denver Restaurant Week is the perfect time to check out their menu.

“It really gives us the opportunity to reach out to the masses that live here in Denver. They can come in and experience what we do during Restaurant Week at a great price — $52.80 for a couple,” said Edge Chef Simon Purvis.

“On the main course we’re doing a wood-grilled beef wth a smoked parsnip puree. We have an Alamosa bass, which is another great local fish product from here in Colorado,” said Purvis. “Thirdly we’re doing a Thai-roasted chicken.”
