DENVER (CBS4) – Hundreds of restaurants will be vying for business and taste buds over the next 2 weeks. Many of those restaurants and chefs are now following the food rules and insights of Michael Pollan.

Pollan will be in Denver next week and CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody got a preview.

“The New York Times once called Michael Pollan a liberal foodie intellectual — three dirty words if I’ve ever heard them,” Moody said. “But hear what he has to say, take a look at your plate tonight, and you begin to wonder ‘Just what am I eating?'”

Much heat, but no additional light brought to the debate.The main difference between me and you is that I am willing to honestly consider the other side of the issue on my beliefs – you are not. I will leave it to others to decide who had the better of our little discussion here. However, both of your assertions – (lowest SAT scores “in the history of the test” and “over a billion in faith based spending” with nothing to show for it) were both trashed thoroughly.I don’t need to debunk anything.     Maloney, I will pass on reading the solectien from your book of the month club.I am currently reading the novel Deception Point by Dan Brown. I recommend the creationsists stay clear of this one because the plot includes a discovery of a meteor by NASA that contains fossils of insects.
