Court Date For Dougherty Siblings Delayed

WALSENBURG, Colo. (AP/CBS4) — Two siblings accused in a series of crimes across multiple states were due in court in southern Colorado but the hearing has been delay until Jan. 30 as a plea deal, according to the Pueblo Chieftain.

Dylan Stanley Dougherty and Ryan Dougherty along with their sister each face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and other felony charges related to a high speed chase and what authorities say was a shootout during their capture in August.

Lee Grace Dougherty pleaded not guilty last month.

The siblings are accused of robbing a bank in Georgia and shooting at police officers in Florida and Colorado. They were also suspected of two car thefts in Utah.
