Woman Accused Of Letting Baby Drown Formally Charged

DENVER (CBS4) - A mother accused of letting her baby drown in a bathtub was formally charged in court on Wednesday.

Police say Muriel Keer, 39, left her 10-month-old son alone in the tub with the water running while she was on the computer. The baby was found floating in the tub by another adult.

Keer is still in the Denver County Jail with a bond set at $100,000. She'll be back in court Sept. 29.
