Colorado's Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area Lands In Top 5

DENVER (CBS4) - "Outside Magazine" says Colorado is home to one of the best state parks in the country.

The magazine puts the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area as one of the nation's Top 5.

The magazine cites the area's whitewater boating and canoeing areas, and also its premiere trout fishing areas.

The other top state parks are Big Basin Redwoods in California, Itasca in Minnesota, Adirondack in New York, and the Dupont Forest in North Carolina.
